Our design department is staffed
by people who have training and experience on a practical level
as well as top class design skills. They have hands-on knowledge
of the manufacturing process. |

Every piece of design is done
using our CAD/CAM facilities which include full 3D design and
machining capabilities. To ensure that we acheive the high levels
of accuracy and quality required in precision toolmaking we have
invested in world-class machinery including :-

links to our CNC facilities means our factory floor is one of
the smoothest operations you'll encounter anywhere. |

Because we adopt a customer-led
approach, we place a significant emphasis on both the briefing
and design phases of a project. From the start of a project we
have extremely tight control over timescales and delivery dates
and aim to keep our customers fully informed through the issue
of a timing plan together with weekly progress reports. When
we fix a date it is progressed from design to manufacture with
every step monitored to maintain completion on time. |

Once manufacturing is complete
you'll receive off tooling components and an inspection report
for approval before we despatch tools. Also as part of our commitment
to customer care we provide a comprehensive Tooling Manual with
each tool supplied. |
